Shipping Policy

At Timbr Beard Co., we keep shipping simple and transparent.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

  • Orders $40 and over qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping (2–5 business days) is available at checkout.

  • Rates for expedited service are shown with each order and vary by destination.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Returns & Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns, Timbr covers the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

International Shipping

  • Shipping outside the US is not available at this time. Check back later for updates to International shipping destinations.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 20 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, the product must be returned with no more than 50% used.

  • Please keep the original packaging for return shipping purposes.

How to Request a Refund

  • Simply drop your details in the form below and include your order number in the message.

  • Once your request is received, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and affix to your return box.

  • Return shipping is always free.

  • When we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds cover the purchase price of the product(s).

  • Products returned with more than 50% used are not eligible for a refund.
